Water goes so well with long exposure photography. Traditionally, when you take a photo, you freeze a moment in time. But here, you let it last for a few seconds, which results in blurry waves crashing into the razor-sharp shore. This contrast is not visible to the naked eye. But with this technique, you can show people the familiar in a new way. And that's one of the most satisfying parts of being a photographer.
